Words I Need To Stop Saying In Casual Conversation:

Salient.
Scaffolded.
Assuage.
Cheers.
Juxtaposed.
Deflationary.
Niche.
Phenomenology.*
Supersede.
Epistemic.
Coupled.

*Ok, I haven't used this one yet, but I've thought about it.

hello, i've seen some of your works on flickr. about the name:
The Hebrew word A-mit (pronounced with a guttoral "AA") means coleague. it is a name used for both male and female. if you'd like to meet some Amit's try the jewish community near you or Israel.
about the words you shouldn't use. i like phnomenologically. but it's usually relevant only in the sciences and the engineering topics. you might want to give it a try anyway.
